張立省，男，1955年2月出生，南京理工大學管理與工程專業研究生，工程技術應用研究員，教授級高工，山東大學客座教授，山東師範大學客座教授、碩士生導師，享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家。曆任金沂蒙集團法定代表人、董事長兼總經理、董事局主席兼總裁等職。

張立省憑借敏銳的洞察力和卓越的領導力，引領金沂蒙集團在激烈的市場競争中穩健前行，成爲行業的标杆企業，爲社會經濟發展作出了顯著貢獻。同時，他始終秉持創新精神，重視技術研發，帶領團隊攻克多項技術難題，推動企業轉型升級，将金沂蒙集團從一個傳統化工企業發展成爲現代化高科技企業。

在科技創新方面，張立省先後承擔并完成了國家、省、市科研課題30多項，獲國家、省、市科技成果獎勵21項，其中“重要農藥、醫藥中間體的綠色化工生産技術集成”項目，獲國家科學技術進步二等獎，山東省科技進步獎一等獎。先後獲得授權發明專利23項，實用新型專利31項。

   After more than 50 years' development, Jinyimeng Group has accumulated rich technology and experience in the synthetic ammonia industry, and formed a full range of industrial chains with leading products such as urea, ammonium nitrate, explosives and urotropine, which has provided solid support for agriculture, chemical industry, energy and other fields, become an important force to promote regional economic development, and set a model for high-quality development of the industry.
